Based in Montreal, QC, and New York City, NY, Mayzon is a leader in its product categories, including shower rods, hooks and accessories, shower curtains and liners, bath furniture, shower caddies, medicine cabinets, window curtains and rods, and slipcovers and other products, selling into bricks and mortar and online retailers in the U.S. and Canada.

Mayzon is a leader in its industry and ONCAP was attracted to many of the company's attributes such as: (i) defensible business model; (ii) market leadership in its product categories; (iii) strong customer relationships; (iv) historical track record of stability and growth; (v) significant diversification; (vi) attractive cash flow characteristics; and (vii) strong management team. ONCAP, in partnership with management, aims to create value by further strengthening its product offerings in current categories through continued innovation, increasing penetration of existing channels, expanding to new product categories and channels, as well as taking advantage of consolidation opportunities within the fragmented industry.
