Business Description
Based in Greenville, South Carolina, Precision is a leading global manufacturer of packaging dispensing solutions with over 12,000 SKUs that are sold into diverse end markets. The Company is the largest supplier of aerosol valves in the world, selling more than four billion annually and also produces and sells two billion actuators annually. Precision employs more than 1,300 people across 17Â facilities and 15 countries.
Investment Thesis
ONCAP was attracted to Precision for several reasons, including its: (i) global leadership in pressurized dispensing solutions; (ii) non-cyclical end market demand; (iii) significant diversification across key metrics (products, customers, suppliers, end-markets, geographies, etc.); (iv) strong customer relationships; and (v) significant opportunity for both organic and acquisition growth by entering new markets, capturing new customer relationships and developing new products.
